Stephanie is not only a teacher by trade, but also at heart. While working in education in New York City, she studied and practiced Reiki for several years at the New York City Reiki Center. After leaving New York, Stephanie opened The Women’s Reiki Center with the intention of empowering and educating women on how they, like her, can heal and be healed. Here, she integrates her teacher coaching expertise with Reiki clients to guide them towards healthy steps in their own lives. As a practitioner of Katonah Yoga, a form of Hatha Yoga based on Taoism, Stephanie has developed a deep understanding and appreciation of how the body functions and how we can create a sense of well-being within our own bodies – something she enjoys sharing with her clients. Currently, she is also a student at the 3 Doors Academy, a two and a half year meditation program affiliated with Ligmincha International, located in Shipman, VA.
